The policies and general operations in Bainbridge are controlled by three trustees and a fiscal officer who work with over 50 employees at the Town Hall, Police, and Road Departments. The trustees have an annual budget of $7 million.

Jeffrey S. Markley, Trustee Mr. Markley has been a resident of Bainbridge since 1993 and is a landscape architect planner in private practice. He is married to Lori and they share two children, Garrett and Elise, both in Kenston schools. Term expires 12/09
Current local positions: President and co-founder of Kenston Futbol Club, a Kenston youth soccer program; Volunteer for Boy Scout Troop 102, Bainbridge Twp.; Executive Director for a Ohio Stream Preservation, a locally-based, state-wide land conservancy. Previous local positions: Member, Bainbridge Twp. Zoning Commission; Member and chairman, Bainbridge Twp. Park Board; Member, Citizens Advisory Committee; Member, Cemetery Committee; Project Manager, construction of River Road Park and S.R.306/I-422 Interchange Beautification, developed township's landscape maintenance program; Member, Lake Lucerne Architectural Review Board; Co-lead Lake Lucerne response to realignment of Chillicothe Rd. (successfully resulting in addition of turning lanes in final O.D.O.T. plan); Coach and volunteer for Kenston Athletic Association (KAA); Member, KAA Advisory Committee.
Linda W. White, Trustee Ms. White has lived in Bainbridge since 1972. She is self-employed in print sales and marketing. Both of her sons, Jerry and Grant attended Kenston Local Schools and she has four grandsons. She founded Auburn-Bainbridge Recreation Board (KCE) in 1976. Term expires 12/09
Previous local positions: member of Bainbridge Township Zoning Commission; Geauga County Community Action Committee; president of Bainbridge Jaycees Womens Club; president of Auburn-Bainbridge Recreation Board.
Sue Angelino, Fiscal Officer Mrs. Angelino is a former secretary for the Kenston Local Schools and administrative assistant for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She has lived in Bainbridge since 1978 with husband Richard. They have two grown sons, Rich and Dan who attended Kenston Local Schools and reside in the Auburn Bainbridge area. Term expires 12/07
Current local positions: Board Member and Advocate for Geauga County CASA program, volunteer for Geauga County Mental Health Association, Alumni member Leadership Geauga. Previous local positions: board member, Chagrin Falls Park Habitat for Humanity, Kenston Foundation, Auburn Bainbridge Recreation Board, Pilgrim Village Homeowners' Association.
